Paul is the Founder and Chief Executive of SMI, past Director HCP Management Consultants and past partner of a Big Four consulting firm. Paul has taught strategy in MBA programs and has given numerous presentations and lectures to a broad base of audiences and venues on strategy and related topics.

Mr Anthony Claridge
Senior VP Global Supply Operations, ResMed Limited. Anthony has obtained senior technology and operations roles in the manufacturing sector having worked for organisations that include Leica Microsystems, OTIS and in locations in Europe, the USA and Australia. Anthony is a champion of advanced manufacturing techniques and avid supporter of the alignment of strategy with the operations of the business.
Professor Stuart Orr
Professor in Strategic Management at Deakin University, School of Business. He has published over 100 articles and a number of books on strategic and international management. Stuart is an Honorary Professor of the Open University of Hong Kong and a Fellow of the Australian Finance and Treasury Association, Chifley Business School and the World Business Institute. Has held board positions in NGOs and major international research associations, such as the Decision Sciences Institute, as well as visiting positions at the universities such as Cambridge. Stuart is an experienced consultant, manager and owns a commercial olive grove.
